Victor Lam and Leila Harris

Victor Lam holds a Master of Arts in Resources, Environment and Sustainability from the University of British Columbia. His research interests include climate change communication, public perceptions of energy, and religious environmental activism.

Leila M. Harris is Professor with the Institute on Resources Environment and Sustainability and with the Institute for Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice at the University of British Columbia. Harris’s work examines social, cultural, institutional and equity dimensions of environmental and resource issues, notably water politics, infrastructures, and governance. Her work has dealt with gender, environmental justice, and political ecological analysis of resource access and inequality in the contexts of Turkey, South Africa, Canada, and Ghana.
