Patricia Dailey is an Associate Professor of English and Comparative Literature at Columbia University. She is the author of Promised Bodies: Time, Language, and Corporeality in Medieval Women’s Mystical Texts (2013), lingers at the crossroads between medieval literature and contemporary philosophy, and is currently writing a book on discerning literary experience in early medieval England.
