
Melissa Snarr
C. Melissa Snarr is E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Chair and Associate Professor of Ethics & Society at Vanderbilt Divinity School. She focuses on the intersections of religion, social change, and political ethics with particular attention to ethnographic fieldwork and sociological/political theory. She is the author of All You That Labor: Religion and Ethics in the Living Wage Movement (NYU 2011), Social Selves and Political ReformsĀ (Continuum, 2007), and articles in Christian feminist ethics, worker justice, and interfaith organizing.
