Kimberly B. George
Kimberly B. George is a scholar, education consultant, writer, and writing teacher. She is completing her Ph.D. in Ethnic Studies at UCSD, where she researches pedagogical methods for teaching on structural violence. Her project centers women of color feminisms; builds upon theories of trauma; integrates psychodynamic clinical research; and offers a feminist theory of contemplative reading and writing practices as an intervention in education methods. She holds an MA in U.S. Religious History from Yale. She is the co-editor of Football, Culture, and Power.
