Heather Houser
Heather Houser is Mody C. Boatright Regents Professor in American and English Literature at The University of Texas at Austin and a Mellon New Directions Fellow for 2023-2024. She writes about the environment, science, and 21st-century U.S. culture, and her most recent book is Infowhelm: Environmental Art & Literature in an Age of Data (2020). Her current writing projects are Our Bodies, Our Climate: Rethinking Reproduction in the 21st Century and Striving, a memoir in essay.
