
Hannah K. Harrington
Dr. Hannah K. Harrington, Professor of Old Testament at Patten University, Oakland, CA, graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in Near Eastern Studies (M.A., 1985; Ph.D., 1992). Along with numerous articles on Second Temple Judaism, Harrington has written the following books: Holiness: Rabbinic Judaism and the Graeco-Roman World (Routledge Press, 2001); Purity Texts, Companion to the Qumran Scrolls, 5 (Sheffield, 2004); The Purity and Sanctuary of the Body in Second Temple Judaism (Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht, 2019), and Ezra and Nehemiah, NICOT (Eerdmans, forthcoming).
