Elizabeth Freeman
Elizabeth Freeman is Professor of English at the University of California, Davis. She has published three books with Duke University Press: The Wedding Complex: Forms of Belonging in Modern American Culture (2002), Time Binds: Queer Temporalities, Queer Histories (2010), and Beside You in Time: Sense Methods and Queer Sociabilities in the American Nineteenth Century (2019). She has also edited two special issues: Queer Temporalities (GLQ 2007) and Crip Temporalities (with Ellen Samuels, South Atlantic Quarterly 2021).
