Christopher Skinner
Christopher W. Skinner is Associate Professor and Section Coordinator for New Testament and Early Christianity at Loyola University Chicago. He is the author or editor of eight books, including Johannine Ethics: The Moral World of the Gospel and Epistles of John (with Sherri Brown; Fortress, 2017), Reading John (Cascade, 2015), Characters and Characterization in the Gospel of John (Bloomsbury/T & T Clark, 2013), and What are They Saying About the Gospel of Thomas? (Paulist, 2012). His research focuses on the intersection of historical, literary, and theological questions about Jesus both within and outside the New Testament. He is currently writing a book on Markan Christology.
