Anna Plassart
Anna Plassart is a Lecturer in Modern British History at the Open University. Her research focuses on the history of European ideas in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, and she is particularly interested in French and Scottish political philosophy. Her recent publications include “James Mill, the Scottish Enlightenment and the Problem of Civil Religion” (Modern Intellectual History, 2017), and The Scottish Enlightenment and the French Revolution (Cambridge University Press, 2015).
