Tanvi Solanki
Tanvi Solanki is Assistant Professor of German and Comparative Literature at Yonsei University’s Underwood International College. Previously, she was a Taylor Postdoctoral Associate at Cornell University, after receiving her Ph.D. at Princeton University and B.A. at the University of Chicago. She is completing a book concerning the formative role played by listening practices and imaginative conceptions of sound for concepts of cultural difference in both eighteenth-century Germany, and in contemporary German media theory.
