Shaul Magid
Shaul Magid is the Jay and Jeannie Schottenstein Professor of Jewish Studies and Professor of Religious Studies at Indiana University in Bloomington. His two most recent books are American Post-Judaism(Indiana University press 2013) and Hasidim Incarnate: Hasidism Christianity, and the Construction of Modern Judaism (Stanford University Press, 2014). He is presently working on two books, American Jewish Survivalism: Meir Kahane and The Politics of Pride and Why Satmar?: Joel Teitelbaum and his Struggle to Save Tradition.
