Rebecca Berru Davis

Rebecca Berru Davis teaches Religious Studies, Art History and Modern Language at Montana State University-Billings. As a Hispanic Theological Initiative Fellow, she earned her PhD at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA in the area of Art and Religion and subsequently completed a two-year  Post-Doctoral Fellowship at St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN. Rebecca is interested in the intersection of art, faith, and justice as a way to understand the spiritual and religious expressions of those located on the margins of society. Her dissertation focused on the contributions made by women artists to the U.S. Liturgical Movement.
