Phil Ziegler
Philip G. Ziegler is Senior Lecturer in Systematic Theology in the School of Divinity, History & Philosophy of the University of Aberdeen. Working in the field of modern Protestant theology, his recent research has concentrated on the theological legacies of Karl Barth and Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the doctrines of the Christian life, as well as the contemporary theological significance of recent research into Pauline apocalyptic. He is currently coordinating a year-long collaborative research project entitled “Eternal God, Eternal Life: Theological Explorations into the Concept of Immortality” funded by the Templeton Foundation through their larger “Immortality Project.”
