Norman Wirzba is the Gilbert T. Rowe Distinguished Professor of Theology and a Senior Fellow at the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University. He is the author most recently of Agrarian Spirit: Cultivating Faith, Community, and the Land, and has recently completed a multi-disciplinary, Luce Foundation funded project entitled “Facing the Anthropocene. His current project focuses on the prospects and forms of hope adequate to a climate change future.
