Michelle Ciurria recently held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of New South Wales as part of the Practical Justice Initiative. Prior to this appointment, she was a postdoctoral fellow at Washington University in St. Louis as part of the Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology Program, and she completed her PhD at York University in Toronto. She currently works at the intersection of social feminist epistemology, moral psychology, and ethics. She is working on a relational account of responsibility. Her research is published in such journals as the Journal of the American Philosophical Association, Philosophical Psychology, Topoi, Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, and Feminist Philosophy Quarterly.
