Marianne Janack teaches in the Philosophy Department at Hamilton College, in Clinton, NY, where she also serves as the Director of the Levitt Center for Public Affairs. She got her Ph.D. from Syracuse University and her B.A. from Colgate University.  She is the editor of Feminist Interpretations of Richard Rorty (Penn State UP) and the author of What We Mean By Experience (Stanford UP).
