Professor Mather has successfully developed and taught 185 courses in Southern California in departments of criminal justice, business, political science, and humanities on topics in public policy, ethics, Constitutional Law and Civil Liberties, and critical thinking and logic. He is founding board member of Orange County Gun Owners (PAC) and a 7 year veteran of the US Navy (special ops and intel). His doctoral work was in Public Law and American Politics, focusing on normative issues in Constitutional Law for his dissertation. He has 4 masters degrees as well as a diploma in Chinese Mandarin from the Defense Language Institute, Presidio of Monterey, California.
