James Crossley is Professor of Bible, Society, and Politics at St Mary’s University. His research focuses on both Christian origins and contemporary receptions of the Bible and how they both related to contexts of historical change. His is author of numerous articles and books, including Jesus in an Age of Neoliberalism: Quests, Scholarship and Ideology.
