Jack Leff (he/him) is currently a Ph.D. candidate in STS at Virginia Tech whose dissertation focuses on the politics of tear gas use against social movements in the US. He has an interdisciplinary background in continental philosophy & applied ethics (M.S.) and cellular/molecular biology (B.S).
