Hagar Kotef is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Political Theory at the Department of Politics and International Studies, SOAS, University of London. She is the Author of The Colonizing Self: Or, Home and Homelessness in Israel/Palestine (Duke, 2020) and Movement and the Ordering of Freedom: On Liberal Governances of Mobility (Duke 2015).
