Erik Anderson

Erik A. Anderson is associate professor of philosophy at Furman University in Greenville, SC, where he teaches courses in ethics, political philosophy, philosophy of law, philosophy of love and sex, and epistemology. His research interests include debates over the relationship between religion, morality, and the law, the contemporary marriage debates, and debates about civic virtue and public reason. His article “A Defense of the ‘Sterility Objection’ to the New Natural Lawyers’ Argument against Same Sex Marriage,” appeared in Ethical Theory and Moral Practice in 2013.
