Elisabeth Rain Kincaid is the Assistant Professor of Ethics and Moral Theology at Nashotah House Theological Seminary. She holds a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Her research interests include natural law theory, the intersections of law and theology, Spanish scholasticism, and theological approaches to business ethics. She also has practiced law as a white-collar criminal defense attorney.
