Craig Epplin

Craig Epplin is an associate professor at Portland State University, where his work focuses on the intersection of media, ecology, and cultural production in contemporary Latin America. His first book, Late Book Culture in Argentina, was published by Bloomsbury in 2014, and he is currently at work on a book-length study of the representation of underground spaces—tunnels, mines, oil wells, the Metro, and graves—in contemporary Mexican culture.
