Brian Brock is Professor of Moral and Practical Theology at the University of Aberdeen, UK. He has published on the use of scripture in Christian ethics (Singing the Ethos of God, Eerdmans, 2007), the ethics of technological development (Christian Ethics in a Technological Age, Eerdmans, 2010) as well as this history of disability theology (Disability in the Christian Tradition, Eerdmans, 2012) He is managing editor of the Journal of Disability and Religion and the Bloomsbury academic monograph series, Enquiries in Theological Ethics. Wondrously Wounded is his first monograph on the theology of disability.
