Sheryl Overmyer is an Associate Professor in the Department of Catholic Studies at DePaul University.  She is trained in philosophy and ethics, but her scholarly interests are multi-disciplinary.  She recently published a book on Aquinas and Langland (Cascade 2016). Her current work on emotion organizes and integrates the insights of philosophy and psychology into a Thomistic framework. Her writing appears in such venues as The Journal of Moral Theology, New Blackfriars, The Journal of Religious Ethics, and Syndicate!
