Peter Cajka is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the American Studies Department at the University of Notre Dame. He is also an affiliate of the Cushwa Center for the Study of American Catholicism. He is currently working on a book manuscript, tentatively titled, Follow Your Conscience: The Catholic Church and the Spirit of the Sixties. He teaches courses on intellectual history, the sixties, American Catholicism, and the Vietnam War.
