Laurent Jeanpierre is Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Paris 8 Saint-Denis (France). His work combines historical and sociological approaches and focuses on how the humanities, social sciences and the visual arts relate to political ideas and politics more generally in the second half of the twentieth century.
