Kevin Carnahan is Professor of Philosophy and Religion and Chair of the Humanities Division at Central Methodist University. He has previously served as co-editor of the Journal of the Society of Christian Ethics and President of the Niebuhr Society. He has written many books and academic articles. His most recent major work is The Disappearance of Eve and the Gender of Christ: Why Traditional Soteriology Requires a Trans* Savior (Fortress, 2025).
