Katharine Moody

Katharine Sarah Moody works at the intersection of philosophical theology, continental philosophy and the empirical study of religion and is especially interested in the generative relationships between radical theology and contemporary Christianity. She is the author of Radical Theology and Emerging Christianity: Deconstruction, Materialism and Religious Practices (Ashgate, forthcoming Sep 2015) and co-editor (with Steven Shakespeare) of Intensities: Philosophy, Religion and the Affirmation of Life (Ashgate, 2012). She is also co-convenor (with Phil Snider) of the Subverting the Norm conference series, which brings theologians, philosophers, church leaders and lay practitioners together to explore what radical postmodern theologies (broadly conceived) can offer the churches.
