Joshua Smart teaches at Christopher Newport University while finishing his dissertation on epistemic rationality for the University of Missouri. Some of his other philosophical interests are in metaphilosophy, philosophy of science, and metaethics. He also runs Virtual Dissertation Groups, a service that brings together graduate students in philosophy from across the world for helpful and encouraging peer feedback on their dissertations.
