Christopher Voparil is on the Graduate Faculty of Union Institute & University, where he teaches philosophy and political theory. He is author of Richard Rorty: Politics and Vision (2006) and articles in, among others, Contemporary Pragmatism, Journal of Speculative Philosophy, Philosophy and Social Criticism, and Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society. He is co-editor of The Rorty Reader (2010) and Pragmatism and Justice (2017), and is completing a book on Rorty and classical pragmatism.
