Caitlin Smith Gilson is Professor of Philosophy at University of Holy Cross, New Orleans. She is also Visiting Professor of Philosophy at Pontificia Università della Santa Croce, in Rome, Italy. Dr. Gilson is Associate Editor of Bishop Robert Barron’s New Ressourcement Journal through Word on Fire. She is author of a number of books on Theology, Christian Philosophy, and Poetry, most recently Rhapsody and Redolence: The Crystal Decade and three forthcoming books, Luminous Darkness: The Passion of the Last Words; All This and Heaven Too: A Guide for All Souls; The Impossible Possibility: Christ and the Problems of Forgiveness.
