Annmarie Caño is a Professor of Psychology at Gonzaga University. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University, and completed her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Stony Brook University, with a pre-doctoral internship at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Her recent publications include the book Leading Toward Liberation: How to Build Cultures of Thriving in Higher Education (2025), a leadership guide informed by liberation psychology and Jesuit educational practice.
