Anna Trzcińska – Ph.D in Philosophy at Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of Polish Academy of Sciences, and holds an MA in Pedagogy and Philosophy from University of Warsaw and MA in Sociology from University of Lancaster. She obtained her Ph.D. based on the dissertation: “For love of the politics. The attempt to reconstruct the power of judging in the work of Hannah Arendt”. Her research interests include the history of German philosophy, contemporary philosophy of the subject and mind, political theory and twentieth-century cultural criticism. Her current book project examines the concept of natalism as an ethical position that assigns positive value to human procreation and the various biopolitical foundations associated with it.
