Aku Visala is a university researcher at the University of Helsinki. His work takes place at the intersection of cognitive science, analytic philosophy and theological anthropology. He has held postdoctoral positions at a number of universities, including Notre Dame, Princeton and Oxford. He is a graduate of the University of Helsinki with a PhD in philosophy of religion.
